A: Yes. We ship within the United States and to many international destinations, including the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and more, with economy and express options at checkout.

 

Q: What are your shipping options and delivery times?
A: In the U.S. we offer Economy (about 5–8 business days) and Standard (about 3–4 business days). Internationally, Economy International (about 6–18 business days) and express services like DHL Express and USPS international are available where supported. All delivery times are estimates and start after processing.

 

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Eligible orders may qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, shipping costs depend on destination, weight, and service level and are clearly shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available for the chosen service). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

 


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

A: We offer a 30‑day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging. Returns are accepted with free return shipping, no restocking fee, and currently no final sale items.

 

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email Support@BAGNEX.shop with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. We will confirm eligibility and, if approved, send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

 

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No. Approved returns within the 30‑day window include free return shipping using the label we provide.

 

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: After your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the amount.

 

Q: Can I exchange an item?
